BUILDING UPGRADES
ZEN TOWER.
ABLE was contracted to undertake major upgrade works at the 426-apartment Zen building. Our Project Management team worked closely with the Owners Corporation and Building Management to ensure that we were able to complete the job in a timely manner and to the highest standards – most importantly, with minimal disruption to the building's residents.
ABLE was responsible for updating the communal corridors over 43 levels. The job comprised of new flooring and carpets to all areas, trims and finishes which required access to every apartment within the building, a fresh coat of paint to all walls, ceilings and woodwork throughout lobbies, installation of new feature wallcovering, new lift buttons and electrical work.
These components were all coordinated and managed efficiently via ABLE’s comprehensive project management strategy. A detailed defects process also ensured that ABLE met all requirements and delivered an outcome that exceeded expectations.
