THE BRIEF
To completely renovate and refresh an old apartment that had been neglected by tenants.
The owners wanted to update the property to a contemporary style with new appliances, fixtures and fittings.
WHAT WE ACHIEVED
We completely gutted and cleared the apartment of all furniture, appliances and flooring.
The team installed new hybrid flooring, painted the entire apartment and installed new fixtures, fittings and large appliances. We also updated the bathroom with new tiles, a sprayed bath tub and new cabinetry.
After landscaping the back garden and installing new fences, we had a very happy client who loved their revitalised home.
