THE BRIEF
To fully convert a vintage mechanical workshop into a head office with manufacturing and storage space.

The warehouse had to be configured to enable the safe storage of all construction and maintenance materials including tools and machinery.

The location also needed to incorporate office space, a meeting room, bathrooms, shower facilities, kitchen and a cleaner’s room.

WHAT WE ACHIEVED
We undertook all design and construction to create an open and workable space which referenced the history of the site.

Our team restored the concrete slab, brightened the space with a fresh coat of paint and custom built all bathroom and shower facilities including the tile work and plumbing.

We also created two new kitchens which were designed and manufactured in-house.
