The project aimed to re-modernise the space in an effort to highlight the home’s statement features and liveability which were hidden under clutter and worn-down timber floorboards.

ABLE enhanced each room by painting the internal walls, removing and replacing the carpet, tiling the two bathrooms, and sanding the floorboards – finishing with a lime wash stain.

For the exterior, the backyard underwent a general clean, with the team trimming overgrown trees and removing all wastage from the site. The finished result is a home that now reflects the locale's urbane lifestyle.
