Located in the heart of the Queen Victoria Market’s historic dairy produce hall, this iconic cheese shop underwent a face lift to ensure its enduring legacy for years to come.
ABLE spearheaded the renovation, skilfully completing it within a short three-week timeframe, all while adhering to the allocated budget. The project commenced with a demolition of specific areas of the store, reimagining its layout to be a prime working environment.
The revamped store now boasts a statement iridescent feature panel (acrylic), accentuated by a fresh new paint job, as well as additional framing, plastering, acrylic cladding, and caulking throughout.
Custom joinery was crafted to optimise storage solutions, featuring tailored shelving and cabinetry for functionality. Additionally, the installation of stainless steel splashbacks underscores the commitment to creating a pristine and efficient workspace, perfectly suited for a modern culinary environment.
