In the heart of the city, ABLE completed a residential renovation within the walls of an aged, heritage apartment building.
The client’s vision was clear from the start: a desire for high-end quality finishes and a complete transformation of the dark space into one full of light and softness, adorned with distinctive features.
Key deliverables of the project included custom fluted joinery around an electric fireplace, Venetian plaster walls, and micro cement wall finishes – adding a modern touch to the interior.
A fresh coat of paint and new timber flooring throughout the apartment also helped to liven up the space.
While the kitchen, a focal point of any home, underwent a meticulous facelift, aligning with the client’s vision.
The one-bedroom heritage apartment now stands as a testament to the successful fusion of high-quality finishes and unique design elements – delivered in three-months.
